1. Orders

By submitting an order, you confirm that the information supplied during checkout is accurate and that you are authorized to use the selected payment method.

Orders may be reviewed before fulfillment. An order may be declined or canceled where reasonably necessary because of suspected fraud, payment failure, incorrect pricing, unavailable inventory, technical error, legal restrictions or another legitimate operational reason.

2. Product Information

We aim to describe mobile phone accessories accurately. Minor differences in appearance may occur because of screen settings, lighting, manufacturing variation or other reasonable factors.

3. Prices & Charges

Product prices, available shipping charges, discounts, taxes where applicable and the final order total are displayed during checkout before an order is submitted.

4. Payment

Available payment methods are displayed at checkout. Orders are subject to successful payment authorization and applicable fraud or security checks.

5. Order Processing

Orders are normally processed within 2–4 business days after payment confirmation.

During holidays, promotional periods or unusually high order volume, processing may require up to 5 business days.

6. Shipping

Standard shipping to supported United States destinations generally requires 10–15 business days in transit after dispatch.

Applicable shipping charges are displayed during checkout.

Orders may be fulfilled from our facilities or designated fulfillment partners depending on inventory availability, product location and destination.

7. Returns & Refunds

Eligible products may generally be returned within 30 calendar days after confirmed delivery, subject to our Return & Refund Policy.

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method and are generally processed within 5–10 business days after the returned product has been received and inspected.

8. Cancellation

Customers may request cancellation by contacting customer support promptly before fulfillment begins.

Cancellation cannot be guaranteed after fulfillment or shipment has started.

No cancellation fee is charged when an order is successfully canceled before fulfillment.

9. Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Products

If a product arrives damaged, defective, incorrect, incomplete or materially different from its description, contact us with your order information and supporting photographs or videos where appropriate.

After review, a reasonable replacement, refund or return solution will be provided according to the circumstances.

10. Promotions

Promotional offers may be subject to eligibility requirements, expiration dates, product restrictions or other conditions presented with the applicable promotion.

11. Errors & Availability

Genuine pricing, description, inventory or technical errors may be corrected when identified.

If an error materially affects an order already submitted, an appropriate explanation and available resolution will be provided.

Nothing in these Terms is intended to exclude or restrict mandatory consumer rights that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited under applicable law.
